Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

tomorrow is september 25th....

according to that one bloomberg article, if cci fails to secure a lender by tomorrow, title 4 funds will be suspended. if T4 funds are suspended, are the effects immediate or will there be some time to still secure a lender?

Nah, if ED wants they can cut off our T4 funds immediately. The question is will they? It's looking more and more like Jack is playing a funny game of chicken, considering he really shouldn't be holding any cards. Why is he keeping up his bravado - is he really just an idiot? 40250 -- why do you say that? I haven't read anything saying that Title IV funds won't be cut off immediately OR that students would need to be notified. Granted, I could have missed it.

Some time until next cycle. But campuses will be required to inform students immediately
