Honestly believes they will keep their job and why. I'm being serious. I am an employee with a very bleak outlook so I'd like to hear from fellow employees on why they a feel everything will be fine? Any serious hope?

You have come to the wrong place to find company employees that fell everything is going to be fine. My honest advice to you is to stop looking for people to make you feel better and start looking for a better job.
