In the new SEC filing, it specifically and only mentions Everest and Heald is for sale.

I READ it. If you don't believe me that Wyotech is included with Everest and not listed anywhere by itself then I really don't care. You should check the facts before you yell at someone.

320, read the filing. Wyotech is NOT listed. Not is SOCLE mentioned in ANY filing. Read it yourself.

Wyotech is included with Everest group. They grouped the schools as Quick Start, Heald and Everest Plus.
