Thread regarding Staples Inc. layoffs

Sounds like the same individual who claims that favortism doesn't exist and that he has nothing to do with the drivers. He also puts the blame on his lead driver it appears that way.

You guys, this poster violated the purpose of this forum, to have a discussion about the misgoings and terror that Staples brings to our lives. If you want to suck a corporate * than by all means do it to your RM, trust me he'll like it better than those of us who frequent this forum (Corporate dissenters, angry GMS, unhappy vendors, exacerbated field management, contractors, etc.). Just remember when you start sucking you end up getting *ed. LOL ;) P.S. I know that there's monitoring on this site and I wonder if something so, silly, yes we'll call it silly, came from the entity for which we all share bountiful contempt!

Some people can just be faster then others. Just because someone can't go as fast as another doesn't mean they are slacking or trying to suck up ot. We are not machines, though they want us to be, we all work at different speeds. Yes there are some out there that are slacking, but for those of us that tried our bests, just because we Mai be slower then some others doesn't mean we aren't giving it our all.

i dont believe these drivers are being negative, but just saying things to get off there chest that they werent able to say in the first place with out it coming back to bite them in the ass. do they need to have a positive out look on life? It would certainly help.To call them losers or the drivers calling supervisors losers and calling each other out only says that there is alot of infighting in this location (Tampa).Of course you have drivers that dont go all out, but when there is nothing done about it what do you expect? I read where one person said he was tired of picking up the slack for the drivers who screwed around,but that drver who went all out, above and beyond.Where did that get you , but in the same place as the driver screwing off. How many times have ther been route validations to make a driver to perform better only to go back the way he was performing to begin with. What a waste of time, man power, and resources.You cant blame the supervisor because that is what Mrs. sdo manager wanted. Supervisors were very aggrivated that there hand were tied. The drivers feel like they dont have any say with any thing, and lets be honest. They dont. Ithink the covers and the leads get screwed more than any of them because the do bust there ass and never have i once seen the sdo manager pull them aside and just say THANK YOU. NO one really should point fingers at this time anyways because Staples is gonna do what they had planned all of long.Its just getting closer. Sorry to see all of you guys going through this, but dont you think all the infighting should stop. You cant stop Staples for doing what they are doing but you can blame the SDO manager for letting all the hate go on at that location.
