Our business is counter-cyclical. A bad economy = more people looking to go to school. The economy is in reasonably good shape right now, so the pool of potential mtudents has diminished. Even if regulations are relaxed, it won't change the basic economics of the industry. For CCI, this is all moot since it will cease to exist in a matter of days/weeks. The glory days are long gone......
I think investment fundamentals on any company with this level of systemic and widespread fraud are irrelevant. The shorts win, regardless of speculation about elections.
