The sad thing about IT is the budgets have been slashed but nothing is being done to reduce KBR costs so you would expect new projects to take the hit especially when using more expensive outside resources are preferred over dedicated and loyal employees. So for anybody left after the rif expect to slave like a dog for management's bonuses.
