I'm a GM and I make 50k with opportunity (not really) to bonus 10 more, my MTS makes 13.25, TCE makes 12.75, coconut lead and team supervisors make 12.65, IS makes 10.60. We're as 'll underpaid. We're in the west coast, so what's your position and pay, I'm curious.

I'm making $11.XX as a CoT, though that was only because I used a huge amount of leverage at a time when I was needed most. Its certainly not average and I'm finding that I'm paid more than some team supervisors. Its kind of unfair, but you have to look out for yourself in the end.
"Was stiffed on a 13K bonus my last year"
Ron loved his 300k bonus....
Seriously...how do they expect good managers (those that run profitable stores) to stay when they keep getting stiffed and Ron takes one anyway.
5 extra personal days for 2012 and 16% of what I should have made in 2013
equals about a $22,000 ripoff by Framingham.
8.50 as a Tech here in the southwest.
The RVPs went after GMs that made $70-80k and found or made up reasons to fire them. I know a least three times this happened in my region, and all were worth what they made, some of the best people I ever worked with.
Another GM was on vacation when the RVP went into her store. When she came home she was greeted with a transfer to another location and a $20k cut in pay.
Former GM. Made 62K base. Potential to make an additional 17K in bonus. Was stiffed on a 13K bonus my last year. I know former GMs who made 80K base. Those pay structures don't exist anymore. I know former AMs who were making 55K.
