Lets assume that this sale takes place. Remington online offers a only a handful of online degree programs. I'm under the assumption that they would absorb the Everest online offerings to further diversify their available programs. Would that be a correct statement?

Out of about 3,400 schools, Remington is one of the 85 schools with a negative financial responsibility score.
Nobody's buying any existing college to keep as is. Why would they absorb anything? Curriculum is at a high school level and recruiting could be criminal. Moron.
Remington also scored a -1 on financial stress test a few yrs ago. Worst score -1 to 3 total.
If they buy they will TERMINATE all existing admissions reps FA etc. Some right away the rest in a few months This. Would change nothing for the worker bees.
I am sure Remington is chomping at the bit to be involved with those lawsuits and the new federal grand jury.
You will likely assume room temperature before the sale takes place.
Probably. Gainful Employment and the 90/10 rule would no longer be applicable to the school. There would no longer be pressure to educate students so that become productive members of society. Business would be able to continue as usual. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/davidhalperin/if-a-for-profit-college-b_b_2661788.html
