Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

Why will CCi file for bankruptcy? Because it has no cash or credit.

At some point Title IV funds won't matter, and the funds have not been enough for years. Operating at a loss, CCi can only go on for so long. We all understand that CCi does not want to go bankrupt, but given the path they are heading down, is there any other option?

If they file for bankruptcy, that's the end. It's over. They can't accept any more FA funding. It will only be to pay back creditors. Doors closed. The end. No recovery or rebranding or re-establishing. The only source if income is gone. Immediately.
