ITT Tech is in serious trouble but a suit like this is meaningless. This is the securities lawyer equivalent of an ambulance chaser. All they're doing is announcing a potential "investigation" which means trolling for customers. It's standard operating procedure if a company releases poor performance data or negative corporate news that leads to a downturn in stock price.
