Since I have been at Wyotech Long Beach we have had 6 department chairs come and go, 3 DOE'S, 2 Presidents, 2 Vice Presidents, and 4 ADOE'S. All in a 4 year time span. And each time a new management comes in it the rules change and everything rests back to the beginning so it looks like no progress was made to try and better this place.
Socle is golden!
Upper management greed! Plain and simple! And these are the people with the so called degrees and experience. What morons! They did a very good job in leading us to failure.
27429 - Yeah, Socle is run like a sweatshop so all the directors and VPs can give cushy jobs to their friends, girlfriends and relatives. It's more like a social club than a workplace, but mind you are in your seat ("How many restroom breaks have you taken today?!?") and working like a crazy person or you're out on your ear. Better not use any sick days! More than one per quarter or three per year and you're out. They can't afford to pay you sick leave plus pay all of the "managers" plus make the department look profitable to the 4th floor.
1 is right on the money. Socle has one manager for every two employees. WTF? I was there 4 months and just left. It didn't take long to see how screwed up this company is!
And failing it most certainly is. Stock opened at 14 cents and this: http://biz.yahoo.com/e/140813/coco8-k.html
