If I remember right, all of CCi, including any and all subsidiaries, own 4 properties.

A subsidiary of CCi owns a lot of the property. It's common business practices to spin off another corporation that owns the realistate then lease it to the main company. I believe it's something like Corinthian land holder or something.
I don't do homework.
Why
The articl startes tht CCI 'recent;y annoinced plans to sell much of its real estate....". This might be a semantical exercize, but i was undr the impression that CCi ownes very few of its campuses, and is essentially just selling the brand and the client base/revenue stream. True?
