So each term as an online faculty member I find my "contact person" is different, now it is someone who has the title of Program Dean of Online Education (the person with this title seems to change from term to term also unless there are several). I am getting frustrated because I have questions in terms of the class, areas of the class not working, and student questions and I am getting dead air in response. Are those in charge no longer with the college and no one is telling the faculty? Who is a one stop shop contact person if we need something to actually be answered (aren't emails supposed to be responded to within 24-48 hours btw?)

I'm an EUO instructor, and I haven't heard anything from my PD (who is not the same PD I had last term, that PD resigned a month ago) since the term began 5 weeks ago. I assume he's still employed and overseeing my classes, but I've seen no evidence of this in my @cci.edu email or other correspondence.
I haven't heard from my 2 bosses from last term at all since this term started. Don't know if they've been canned or if they have different roles.
At EUO I was informed that I have a new Program Lead today. I wonder if a bunch of people got the axe.
Good luck with that. Who is the person in charge sending departmental emails? That's who you would contact.

Online faculty at EUO report directly to a Program Director.
Are you ECPO or EUO?
