Uh, doesn't the operating agreement say an interested buyer can't be in the midst of any investigations?
Not likely to happen, but if it does it will less of a merger and more of a head-on collision between two junk cars. No winners, lots of carnage.

Too many on this board post inacurate (your own source - a stock blog - casually lists the so-called merger as "projected", yet your headline makes it sound like a done deal)or outright false info to an audience starved for real info. Any one - your source included - can speculate what will happen. If you dig up something factual (unlileky regarding the plans of an SEC regulated company), please come back.
