Has anyone else had trouble logging into My Career Advantage?

It happens when here's high use. Try again later. I've had success when I log in first thing in the morning of at the end of day. Maybe our servers are crap?
MCA is ridiculously hard to navigate. I keep getting emails about some requirement I haven't fulfilled yet, but I have no clue how to get in there.
I haven't been able to log in since February. At this point, why bother?
Why would you want to in a dying organization?
