Mass exodus in process, everyday a few people quit

Maybe that's because the Manager has not reported it to you yet. Know it all.
Now that is funny as hell because work with everyone from CampusVue support, Socle, InfoSec, Integrations and the database teams so I would know who is leaving, see my first post, and who might be leaving. The only information I don't have is the status of the contractors because I don't work with them. Those really aren't resignations because they are contractors and you refill them with other contractors or not.
More than that have resigned. They are keeping the restore the resignations hush hush until the day before or the day the person leaves. They don't want to discourage the other employees Or prompt them to consider leaving.
LOL, that is better money than CCI pays. BTW IT didn't have anything to do with your bitterness toward CCI

Nope. Haven't even looked because I know my skills will get me a job if I decide to go. What was judgmental about my post? I stated my opinion so of course it is judgmental. List the peeps that are leaving and I'll tell you what I know
Every CCI employee should be looking for another job. When they find one, they should just leave with OUT giving notice. After all CCI has screwed it's employees. T

I assume you mean the people from India? You should be thanking them for the reports they have provided to the DoE that got the funds flowing again. Why are you so hard on your fellow man? Here is something you can do. Learn Informatica, Cognos and Crystal Reports so you can get a good job. Did you know an Informatica average salary in Orange County is 105k a year?
I assume those that will remain will have names that that look like a scabble bonus word from hell.
We aren't melting and you call five people a mass exodus? The first two left without jobs and were planning to leave already because of the workload. Not to worry they were/are not the cream of the crop except one guy who I believe leaves next week. No big losses especially from the portal team. Of course I only know of the CSC IT. I know they were 3 from systems engineering and 2 portal. Car to share your numbers?
