19921 maybe the koolaid is both good and strong. People here day a lot about CCI and a lot about the leadership. I see the good we do everyday. I still see the changes my students have made in their lives...that said this is a JOB and I do it in exchange for compensation. That's how it works.
What I guess is really disturbing is that people are more concerned about a paycheck than self respect. Knowing all about what CCI does, how it operates, and how it acts, people STILL are afraid to lose their jobs there. Says a lot about the remaining people CCI employs.
Post somethin good or something official. This has to be the 100th post about the same shit. We dont know whats going to happen. Bitter
My IT skills translate to any industry
Sorry finance counselor..even you are a goner. Nobody will want to have to untrain CCI finance policies. Get over it..all departments are Buh bye.
Big difference, folks. The finance industry got away with lost of stuff. ED is serious and the political environment is supporting them in slapping for-profits down when they forget their manners. The other big proprietary chains know this and aren't going to do anything to piss ED off. In the case of CCI buyouts, the managers are gonna be the ones on the street. The new company will evaluate the staff and try to separate the wheat from the chaff. It's gonna be the little guys with skills (think student finance) that survive. The leadership will be gone. In a flash!
And, in all those cases, and CCI's case...they didn't and don't.
..........only if your new "boss" wants to keep you.
