Hey everyone, Darrel Cochran is the attorney to contact and PCVA is the firm. Number is (206) 462-4334, and they have Live Chat at pcvalaw.com. You can give them info about what you witnessed and were told as an employee, and also could be very useful as a witness in court. Let's help our students get back some of what is due to them!

Anonymous 19979: "all accusations"? So you're saying that it HASN'T been established that CCi fudged placement numbers and mis-stated starting salaries? That they DIDN'T go so far as to pay firms to temporarily hire grads and count them as placed? That they DIDN'T instruct their salespeople to bully prospective students and prey on their weaknesses? It's all just hearsay? All a law firm has to do is present the marketing materials to a jury along with what is known. Then CCi will have been found guilty of fraud, by a jury of their peers.

The so called fraud is all accusations. cci has been found guilty of nothing.

Unfortunate firm name, but it sounds like they specialize in suing proprietary colleges and are very good at it. At this point, a class action would be a slam-dunk, since the DOE and other agencies have already done the work of establishing fraud and intent to defraud. I wonder if the 4th floor anticipated this? I've come to believe that our company counsel aren't exactly the best and brightest. Their main job seems to be giving the green light to abusive employment practices.

For those of you who are still saying that CCi will survive, only smaller and with a new name (or that a side business like Socle will survive), think about this. the only way to deal with a plethora of lawsuits is bankruptcy.
