There are people on here who are blind squirrels, which as we all know, occasionally find a nut. (Which means there hunting. Don't listen) Their comprised of ex-RJ people who are, unfortunately, obsessed with reducing our wonderful associates to folks who are worried about the futures of their families and livelihoods. Please don't listen to the nonsense. You are valued. Nothing is happening on a grand scale.

Nothing is happening on a grand scale today. I did not mention anything about tomorrow. When our exclusive club rides off together with our massive fortunes at the expense of others we won't care if you listen. Hang on just a little while longer.

You are the nut Vince. I agree that the new management's actions have always said they do not value the associates. If ops does have layoffs, you and management will be thought of as liars that you value the associates. Like mentioned before, the layoffs, hiring freezes, glut of contractors and outsourcing will prove you do not value the employees.
How have they shown us we are valued? They say it a lot like you, but I must have missed the "show" part between the layoffs, hiring freezes, glut of contractors, outsourcing, 60 hour weeks, 3% pay raises...... Actions speak louder than words.
What does "nothing is happening on a grand scale" mean? 10% laid off? 20% laid off? Sounds like a slip of the tongue.
You should first blame what the management has done to the loyal employees last year.
