CCI selling 85 schools, and closing 12. They have 107 schools. What unlucky 10 are they keeping.

No buyer announced yet, but CCi announced a plan to sell at Heald schools.
Who is the Heald buyer?
Ground Schools: 76 US Everest + 12 Heald + 5 WyoTech = 93 US schools + 14 Ontario = 107. 85 + 12 = 97, so maybe they are including the online schools, which would include 2 Everest and 1 Heald, and maybe QuickStart counts as 1. We will find out more on Monday.
Gotta be the Canadian campuses because Heald has 12 campuses. And Heald is being sold. Deal should be done soon. Buyer has been trying to purchase Heald for a bit.
Or maybe the 10 are Heald. In any event, all schools are designated as for sale or teach-out. CCi isn't keeping a single school.
The hopeful sale of the 10 Heald campuses was already announced. Then there are the Ontario schools that are being sold, but not part of the ED agreement. Then the 12 teach-out schools, and the remaining are designated as for sale.
