If I would have put "should I expect to find upper management begging ED for money," I would have been right on. Although I did not specifically predict the ED situation, I'm going to suggest that I was 'close enough' on this one. It should be no surprise that cash is a problem today. The constant drain on cash has been going on for years. In my opinion it's just one bad decision after the next.
