Oshkosh we will be staging a protest at 2:00 PM today. In solidarity, we will hang up our phones and demand holiday pay in an organized rally.

Holiday pay IS NOT a legal requirement for hourly employees. If you want holiday pay, try to unionize. Then see what happens to your jobs, you ingrates.
I bet you don't get forced to minimum wage when it is time to do the dishes.
Strategic was my only employer ever that didn't pay holiday pay. But I knew it going in, and it didn't phase me. I am a fast food assistant manager now, and will be paid two and a half times my normal rate when I work this Friday. And I get two weeks vacation. After four years it goes to three weeks. After seven years, it jumps to four weeks. Fast food is about as entry level as I gets, so you're stupid.
Do you realize how few employers pay holiday pay? We get pto, not many places offer that for entry level work.
I'm in. But only if you really do it. My gut feelng is that this is more crap, and I'll be alone when I do.
