Keep in mind that RMS inherited a good chunk of the NCS division folks in the Dallas area when Raytheon decided to get rid of the NCS division. So I got the sense that those folks are being treated like the way Motorola was being treated by Google. ("Chip away at laying them off until they cease to exist.")
