The plug will be pulled on both Springfield and Eau Claire. This Friday will be the last day that people will receive annoying phone calls from both locations. Starting Monday, all calls will originate in Salt Lake City.

Obviously an outsider thinking they're being cute. I noticed this kind of stupidity on some other companies' pages, too. Here they got the company name wrong, don't which sites are still open, and don't know what city in Utah actually has the parent firm's call center. Yup, more BS on this site. Imagine that!
