Not sure about business as usual. SFS changed to Socle to try to branch out to offering financial aid services to other colleges. Their website is still up, but still listing CCi as their only "client." My guess is that with everything going on, that part of the biz is over. I know they've been hiring sales reps (or "consultants" or something) to try to grow that function of SFS. Wonder if they've been let go yet? http://socleeducation.com/
I recently quit that department, and I can only imagine the current stress levels of employees. I can tell you that if they get laid off, they will need a few weeks of unemployment and rest to recover from the abuse. None of them will look back on their time there fondly. I really feel for them.
I'm pretty sure that won't be for long. They're not going to be sold and the teach-out students will get their tuition forgiven. Financial aid should be winding down. Some of the reps there are very good to work with, but I don't feel bad for their management at all. I know they were amongst the most abusive of their employees. Hope everyone lands well!
