PL's only get two classes and adjuncts are cheaper...PL's will be the first to go...and this is coming from a PL. We were sold a bill of goods. Work with a lot of wonderful, caring people and we were "recruited" the same as the students. Promised the world. Sucks.

I think Talisma might have been part of the problem. Instead of helping students learn and become responsible students, we've been spending all of our energy holding their hands and making a record of it.
Ha, mine just sent me an e-mail saying I have no record talisma entries.. I am considering ignoring it since all signs point to no more school.. There might be a few summer courses so I hear.. but based on the number of adjuncts in the pool and the requirement that PL's /full-time must get there 4 courses first, that leaves little for adjuncts to scrap over.. not upset about it just saying..
My Program Director says yes.....though she's also said no one is pulling reports or monitoring anymore.
