Can someone explain to me

It's been over 30 days since COCO closed under a dollar. I heard rumors that they were trying to do a >3 to 1 split to raise their stock price to meet the requirements. The execs now seem more focused on the problem with ED that we haven't heard any action regarding the stocks. When does the process of delisting begin?
