13858 - I hadn't heard about the robo calls, but it sounds like mgmt. are at least trying to do something to address concerns. For those of us at the campuses who don't know, what was said in the calls?
Bullshit. All current and prospective students got robo calls. Just quit your job already, so the people who really care can just get on with it.
That's crazy. Don't we have a PR department? The usual (and correct) move is to manage the news, not pretend it's not happening. So now, instead of having a few key "spin" phrases, staff are left to awkwardly try to avoid any discussion. Great...just great.
