Everything is fine. Stay positive. From our campus leadership. We have worked together for a long time and I don't think they would lie. In fact we're friends. I know there are haters here but Jack is going to smooth things over in DC. I know I will get a LOL or two but we had a meeting today about it

Jack can't smooth things over this time because CCi doesn't have enough money to buy off the politicians. All he is trying to do is buy enough time for the executive board to cash their bonus checks and head for the hills.
I'm an English instructor, and I'd like to comment that the original post is sarcastic.
"Super Jack-Off to save CCI" With or without lotion?
Unicorn? So silly at a serious time. Jack is our fearless leader and will fix this mess. No unicorn... Super Jack-Off to save CCI so maybe you are the delusional one

Talk about being delusional; smooth over what, lying to students, gov't and employee's so he can profit. Anyone who continues to work for this organization deserves to not get paid & lose their vacation time. Everyone that works at Everest knows they profit from taking advantage of poor, desperate people. Yea, that sounds like a good business model. The "leadership" at the top will walk away with millions in taxpayer dollars, not losing a moments sleep over students or employee's.
Don't be silly...Jack doesn't have a Unicorn. It's a former grad that would do anything for a job so he dons the costume. Oh but the school did jot him down as having acquired a job in the transportation/auto industry to justify it as a legitimate job placement.
That unicorn costs $50k!
Yes, everything is fine. Jack rode to Washington on his unicorn and next he'll be heading to the North Pole to tell Santa what he wants for Christmas.
Leon Panetta? LOL! That's the funniest thing yet. Panetta got out as soon as he could. He was on the boards, what, 2-3 NANOSECONDS.
Geez is he going to visit Leon Panetta who is on the Board of Directors? Is Leon still on friendly terms with the president?
Will you guys still all be friends next Friday is a bigger question. And if you're still friends next Friday, let's check back in a couple more weeks...
I sure hope so, but "Jack's going to smooth things over" doesn't sound like much of a long-term solution. Unfortunately he can't "smooth over" the net effects of years of employee abuse and negative PR. Even if there's some short-term survival ahead, I don't see a long-term future for CCi. Morale is bad and the company's reputation is in the toilet. Hope I still have a job for a few weeks, but I'll be working really hard at finding a new job.
