I would, if possible, go directly into your campus. If you're ECPO online, call the corporate offices in Santa Ana and don't let them transfer you. Tell them you are going to the media if they don't answer your questions.

It's impossible to reach them, so email studentservicesinfo@cci.edu and explain your wishes and intentions. They have act on them.
I've tried sending an email to student services to receive answers over the past three weeks and have not received one response. I've also tried calling to speak to someone.....no response. Everest is certainly not making it easy on themselves from a student satisfaction standpoint. Does student services still exist?
