Subject - HR is NOT exempt from cost saving measures!
Please remember that the recent measures that have been put in place to cut costs are COMPANY WIDE (except for Socle, which is only under contract with CCI). When we initiate upcoming RIF’s (Reduction in Force), please bear in mind that employees will need to be laid off in pairs since pink slips will be double sided. We will include a double sided list of talking points about why the pink slips will be double sided. Please encourage those with camera phones to use them.
