Wow, today is just Socle post after Socle post. What is up with that? They are like, what, 2% of our workforce?
Jeebus, how hard can that be to understand?!?
CCI is the holding company for SOCLE. By it's very definition, the holding company controls the subsidiary. You guys really ought to educate yourselves. No pun intended.
Whoever keeps posting about subsidiary really ought to find said definition. Subsidiary means owned by, dumb shit.
Anonymous24473 - EVERYONE at Socle knows that we are CCi. Nothing else changed but our name in 2013. We all know we are supposed to keep that a secret from the clients so they aren't spooked by CCi's rep.
You can't have it both ways, folks.
GO AWAY THEN!! IF you are not a part of cci, why are you here??????????????
It's like Heald, Everest, WyoTech are all different brands, but part of the Corinthian Colleges nonetheless. If we made Socle, WyoTech, Everest, and Heald all get their own boards, there wouldn't be many of us left. We are all in the same boat and work for the same company.
Just to make it clear, since there seems to be a lot of misunderstanding about Socle Education: Socle is incorporated as a wholly owned and operated subsidiary of CCi. It started with Student Financial Services in 2009 or 2010, which was a CCi department in Tampa that took over behind-the-scenes financial aid processing from Global Financial. They changed their name in 2013 to distance themselves from CCi to facilitate hoodwinking….er, obtaining outside clients for their services. They are in the same address/location and have the same leadership/management team as they had before. Socle = Corinthian Colleges. http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=245633140
