Couldn't Jack cut something from his $3,017,859 compensation instead of cutting form instructors who make peanuts?

This is how much jack is making! Now think about the rest of the board and the top level directors. Why not cutting $3,000,000 to $1,000,000 and let 200 instructor leave peacefully for these five weeks?????
