Just quit. You will be better off. Mr West could it care less about what you think. Take the power into your hands and make your own destiny. I quit last month and things have been much better. There are better employers who want you to work for them. Quit now before EDMC closes and it is a negative entry on your resume.

90 /10 rule...enough said! Read up on it. It needs to change now to keep these schools honest, period!
Pretty sure the education given by EDMC is front - heavy designed to keep students seated long enough to milk financial aid. Pure and simple. How do I know? I was a student.
Students (and employees with principles), EDMC faces a huge debt hole (more than a billion dollars), like the one they created for thousands of Art Institute, Argosy, and Southern students. Goldman Sachs owns a lions share of EDMC (more than 40%) and hasn't made any overtures to bail EDMC out. EDMC has a junk bond rating and is under multiple investigations for fraud. KKR likely owns lots of the debt and they do not seem inclined to take less than they are owed. You can find my analysis of EDMC and other for-profit colleges on twitter @USinjustice.
Where do you get your facts from? Please tell me you don't get them from this blog. Do you have access to the EDMC data of students graduates? What jobs they have? How much they make? Or are you just basing all your comments from Camden Kids nonesense?

No "quality" education, profit or for profit or non profit is worth 50k for an AA and 100k for a BA unless there is at least a60k a year job waiting for you. And unfortunately that's not the case for 99% of the students. Most grads get $10 an hour PT.
I would not recommend seeking "the truth" on a blog. This is all speculation. Some truths are on this page, some lies are as well. Time will tell what "the truth" is. From personal experience, the Students at EDMC schools get a quality education!
Some of us are students and this is the only place we can find out the truth about our schools and waiting to see which ones are going down. The teachers and staff don't say a word, it's a perfect world to them...lol
Camden, you are an extremely poor writer. It's shame, because some of your points are valid, however, the way you present them make you look like a resentful ex-employee. Why is it so important for you to continue to put down a company that has been so good to so many people?
the clown says, "just quit", as if we all have the luxary of "just quitting". EDMC has been very good to a lot of people, both past and current employees. I for one enjoyed my time at EDMC. I met some great people, actually felt as if I was helping many students and learned a lot.
Yeah. If you hate it leave. If your worth a shit you will find a new job. If not then ride out your time with Ed or build your skills to get the heck out.
@Anonymous24261, I don't hate EDMC. I just don't like their business practices. Especially after Goldman Sachs took over. What do Art Institute teachers think about EDMC over the last few years?
Maybe some people are happy with their jobs. If you hate EDMC so much why waste your time on here just move on.
EDMC is already is a negative mark on most resumes--EDMC is known as a predatory for-profit college on the verge of collapse. But it will get bigger if the full-blown collapse occurs--and that's a string likelihood. Look at the numbers, including $1 Billion+ debt, lawsuits, and investigations. An EDMC board member just quit. Senator Snowe isn't there to protect EDMC. and it doesn't look like Goldman Sachs is going to back stop this nightmare.
