I'm getting sick of all this "Obama killed CCi." This is like blaming the cops for arresting an alleged criminal. "Sure we have a bunch of people claiming the guy is the robber, but we don't have a conviction yet, so why take action?" But if we arrest him, how will he pay his rent? If there is sufficient reason for concern, and CCi knew the rules, what do you expect the DOE to do? Do you expect them to ignore all the rules only because it might cost CCi? Personally I think everyone at CCi should be thankful that there is the operating agreement, rather than complain that the DOE took enforcement action. When would it have been more convenient to CCi for time for the DOE to take action? Never?

Who cares? It's done. Time to move on. Why debate the action. CCI is over. That's just it.
