Anybody has more info on this - I've heard many rumors about massive cuts (GE Capital) but nothing can be found online and only rumors here internaly.

I am confirming the statements about Capital, really no issues
Capital is doing pretty good for now, but if the markets start to shake we'll see what happens.
Capital is doing pretty well, I do not think they will have any cuts
