Let people think it! Gives me a jump on the job search. Even if they sell and keep employees, they will probably cut pay and bennies, because people will be so afraid of losing their jobs, they will accept it. And they will add more responsibilities. So, you keep your jobs but it won't be the same as it is today.
I cannot believe people think the various schools will sell. And even if there is a buyer, the process will take too long.
I can't believe people think if the colleges sell, employees go with. That's just not true. Even Jack stated as much in the email, where he states they are working hard to keep employees as part of the sale. Very carefully worded to keep employees thinking they have job security. And someone said in a post there's some 5 year plan to keep employees. That's laughable. The very first thing any new company that keeps employees is to bring in their own management, dump redundancy in jobs (keeping their employees), and weeding the garden of crap employees. But, yeah. You are all keeping your jobs!!! Business as usual!!!!!!
Well, the selling of the colleges for one thing! That's different!
