So my neighbor put his house up "for sale," and while this might not be anything unusual, after looking at the price, I had to wonder if CCi expects far above-market value for their various OPEIDs. I'm positive my neighbor would sell for his asking price--even without a for sale sign in the front yard. I question, is CCi asking a reasonable price?
