It's time to get real and leave the negativity behind. Many academics folks have been around for a long time. You know that the day is quickly approaching where you will be sold, closed, or taught out. So, it's time to get your ducks in a row. Let's work and help each other stay positive while we search for something else. It makes no sense to gripe about what we cannot control. Instead we must take control on what we can...and that is our future careers.
