You know what I was one of their loyal die-hard employees. Not after reading all of these posts about compensation and Jack's raise and them knowing we were going to shut down months ago. All of this was going to happen with or without the DOE freezing funds. Note the date on these articles before DOE stepped in. Good luck getting any real work out of me until I leave this joint. Yes 20634 - Karma is a B@#$ch! At my friends company the Execs and CEO took pay-cuts so they could avoid involuntary layoffs. Not these selfish MFs.

Santa Ana-based Corinthian Colleges Inc. has amended its executive compensation plan in a bid to address concerns raised by shareholders who voted down a proposal last year.
Corinthian said the new plan has been reviewed by 13 of its largest shareholders, a group that together accounts for nearly half of its stock.
Shareholders’ had expressed concerns that the company wasn’t using appropriate peer groups to determine compensation and bonuses, and was paying above-target bonuses despite poor stock and financial performance, the company said.
