My sociological analysis exposes a corporation (Apollo Group)that maintains a culture of racism, classism, sexism, homophobia, ableism, anti-Semitism, and other forms of hate. While Apollo Group may have a strong balance sheet, its culture, from the top down, is fueling its own demise. I don't believe everyone is full of hate at Apollo Group, but clearly its leadership is complicit in a culture of hate(in terms of management, marketing, advertising, legal). This hate appears at the highest ranks, in marketing, by cynically using people of color to sell something overpriced and of questionable value to other people of color.

@Anonymous9740, racist, sexist, homophobic, and other hate-filled language will not help University of Phoenix employees. That's why Danny Weil has suggested to me that these entries are probably coming from management rather than front-line workers. In either case, it doesn't make anyone at Apollo Group/University of Phoenix look sympathetic. Other University of Phoenix workers have sent me documentation of what's happening (harassment and retaliation against EAs who don't make quotas and against teachers who don't pass enough students), but the HLC and most media have shown little interest. What I need are documents by upper management showing a clear pattern of crime and corruption (especially violations of Title IV). In addition, I'd like to see internal documents that illustrate the subtle racism that Apollo Group uses in its marketing.
There is rampant -isms at UOP and some of it is senior management trying to stir shyt up. But there are many middle and senior managers who lie manipulate pressure advisors for numbers. They tell everyone including the HLC and Dept. of Education that they have reformed but use coercion to get their advisors to register more students and at the same time lie to your face and tell you it isn't about enrolling quantity. Advisors are tired of being treated like children and have retaliated on this board using racial and ethnic slurs etc. When you back an injured tiger into a corner it will fight back and use whatever it can to beat back the attacker. If you treat people with respect you wouldn't have journal entries on this board denigrating people because of their skin color sexual preferences etc. Help us tell our story of the lies and dirty tricks used to pressure advisors.
Just because a person's name is Shoentay and Soniqwa does not mean they are nogs Camden as you would imply on the Corinthian message board. Don't pretend and try to act politically correct. Even blacks talk trash about their own kind. They consistently call one another ni@@ers as a friendly thing and promote it in their culture and music. So why not treat them as they treat themselves?
