Be prepared all finance and academics. Your managers are currently working on their "scorecards," or "rankings." Remember the matrix? Well, even though UOP states we are NOT numbers based, think again. Managers are required to turn in each of their employees scorecards tomorrow. The scorecards are a reflection on Welcome Calls, Aging, EPIC points given and received, inbound and outbound calls, and so forth. If your manager is honest, they may show the scorecards, but Directors have made it very clear to managers to not mention the rankings or scorecards on the floor. Layoffs are coming and the weakest people on every team are being reviewed. Just think, you may end up receiving the severance package..and if you do, you are one of the LUCKY ones.
