We recently announced that we will cut 400 people this year, as always we want to focus on trimming costs instead of growing business. Here locally,m (Massachusetts) we'll lose over 100 people... Now, we ARE affected by low interest rates, but State Street is not the only one suffering from this.

1% of the total headcount but 36% of the cuts are in MA, how many millions in handouts did they get from the states/countries that made up the other 64%.
