why do the executives allow dms to project such a crazy party drunk image of charlotte russe? my friend worked there and couldnt take all the drinking and immature antics she had to leave. sad because she was great. no professionalism just older women acting like college kids. and the head of it turned a blind eye.

look first at the DM in the company that uses 100 un-necessary words to say what can be said in one sentence. Then look at her boss who thinks that great leadership. Other company's would see all of the blabber talk as lack of talent while her RVP is so in love with her she cant see the forest through the tree's.
I had the same question, where is this happening? I understand that you may not want to share your friends exact location... would you happen to know the District or Region? My DM certainly does not behave in that manner nor does she project that vibe. She is respectful, approachable, professional, and results driven and expects the same from her Store Managers. I'd also be curious what types of settings is this going on in. I have heard from fellow SM's that they've observed other DM's having a few too manyat the Las Vegas meeting recently. They didn't recognize them so they believed them to be from another Region.
