University of Phoenix funds al Qaeda by outsourcing IT positions. You all remember the "Lets get to work" campaign right? Lets get to work outsourcing jobs to other countries! Remember its getting closer to the end of the fiscal year, only a few more months away. They have to show the stock holders profit, so they have another mass layoff to do it.
