I'm very serious. How do I get fired so I can draw unemployment. I have 30 days to get fired. Can I no call no show 3 times?

You have to be let go WITHOUT cause to collect unemployment.
Know someone who did that. They aren't getting unemployment (due to being fired and not laid off) and are just UNEMPLOYED.
Maybe try another tactic.
