Today will be day number 13, and given it's under 80 cents, I doubt it will suddenly close above $1 by the end of the week. Yes, that's right, 50% of the way to violation of the 30 day rule. Sure CCi is given much time to make the correction after the 30 days, but which direction will the price go once the annual report is released?
