cci will not settle with any AG's. Several years back CCi paid California millions for same thing that they are being sought after this time. The funds were supposed to go back to the students to eliminate their student loan debt and take the courses for free. This $ never made it back to the students and state kept the $$$. The state of MA offered to settle for 3 million and were told that if they settled, they would go away. The SEC already did their audit at CCi and found nothing wrong with how they filed their 10K and said that they had the most stringent audit system that they've seen from any company in this sector. If our public schools were so terrible, there would be no need for these types of schools.

Nonsense. We all know what a sham the audits are around here. The only reason we're so fastidious and dilegent with the audits is because we know that if we give anybody an excuse to go poking around the entire thing will collapse. Filling out some stupid form is meaningless, and we've all seen the fraud and lies the paperwork is intended to cover up.
Where can we locate the sources for the statements you posted?
