CCI lacks a student entrance exam. Question is why doesn't the federal government mandate one?

Why should pretend colleges have entrance exams?
They save money by having the financial aid form double as the entrance exam
CCi now has an exit exam mandated by the Federal Government. It is called the "Get out of Dodge fast" exam.
We use to require certain results when testing students at Heald, but that went away after we were taken over by CCi
High School Diploma/GED is the Department of Education's "entrance exam." There are a few ATB students too.
Our campus has the Wonderlic. But if scoring a 3-4 is passing, then why bother? Students who pass at this level are equivalent to a 3rd/4th grade education. Tell me how they can possibly read and understand the contract they sign?
Maybe they shoukd.....but I think putting these POS schools out of business is what the gov. wants to do. I think it's a better solution.
