To the disgruntled employees: Don't expect compassion from Management. I'm sure you've already learned that lesson. Despite your need for a paycheck you volunteer when you show up each day. If the environment is intolerable today, and you show up tomorrow without your resignation in hand, you are allowing yourself to be taken advantage once again. Male or female, it's like being in an abusive relationship or marriage. You can call the hotline twenty times but unless you are willing close the door behind you and walk out, you are giving the abuser the green light that their treatment of you is acceptable. Get your resume out there immediately because you will need to anyway.
